Orchard Clinic’s Inaugural Women’s Wellness Workshop

As Singapore’s premier women’s wellness clinic, Orchard Clinic is dedicated to the empowerment of our clients through awareness and top-tier treatments. Our Women’s Wellness Workshop, held on 3^rd August 2024 at our Parkway Parade branch, was a great example of our commitment in the creation of a supportive and vibrant community. The event brought together an inspiring group of women eager to learn, share, and engage in meaningful discussions about their health and well-being. Here’s a look back at the highlights of this memorable day.

The workshop began with a warm reception from our Director of Client Services, Jolyn Teo, who set the tone for an engaging afternoon. Jolyn shared our mission to support women’s health and wellness at every stage of life. With great pride, she announced our recent win at the Her World Spa Awards 2024 for Best Post-Natal Treatment with our diastasis recti (DR) treatment. Building on this excitement, she also unveiled our newly launched D.R. Corset shapewear, paving the way for an afternoon filled with insightful discussions and activities.

After the introductions, anticipation filled the air as our esteemed guest speaker, Dawn Sim (@thatmomoffour), took the stage. Dawn captivated the audience with her engaging talk on the importance of physical wellness. She demonstrated a series of effective exercises with a live model, offering practical tips that attendees could easily incorporate into their daily routines. Her session was both informative and motivating, leaving everyone inspired to take proactive steps toward their wellbeing.

Following Dawn’s empowering session, we moved on to an engaging panel discussion that truly resonated with the audience. Jolyn, Dawn, and another invited guest speaker, Eva, shared deeply personal stories and valuable insights, creating a heartfelt and inspiring atmosphere. The candid conversations and shared experiences highlighted the strength and resilience of women, emphasising how important it is to come together as a community.

The discussion covered a range of essential topics, including pelvic floor work, managing exercise-related back pain, recovery after childbirth, and urinary health. These insightful exchanges not only motivated and uplifted everyone present but also reinforced the idea that sharing our journeys can lead to collective empowerment and growth.

As the day continued, our consultants led an exclusive tour of the clinic. This inside look at our advanced machines and treatment options highlighted our commitment to providing top-tier care. To wrap up the event, attendees enjoyed a relaxed session of light refreshments, allowing them to share their experiences from the day in a comfortable setting. This created meaningful connections and lively conversations, making it a memorable end to a fantastic workshop.
