Got my Diastasis Recti (DR) treated at orchard clinic (parkway branch) and my consultant was Filzah. Filzah is very knowledgeable regarding the DR condition and would provide great advice. She’s very attentive and would also always ensure that I’m comfortable during the treatment sessions. Would definitely recommend orchard clinic and Filzah to anyone who wants to get their DR condition resolved!

Great service provided by Yvonne, whose thoughtfulness, care and attention to detail is much appreciated. Also thumbs up to Yi Hui for her yoga classes, which help increase my physical stamina and mobility. Thanks to the Bukit Timah team, my lower back pain has disappeared and I can move about more easily than before.

Filzah was most professional in diagnosing and treating my wife’s DR condition. Not pushy and prompt on follow-ups. Strongly recommended 🙂

I had a positive experience at Orchard Clinic (Parkway). The environment is clean and peaceful. Like a little getaway for mommies who need just few hours of break! The staff were all friendly and professional. My consultant Janna is knowledgeable and seeks to provide ultimate comfort for all the treatment. Have been reading about DR after giving birth and was worried if I have this condition so I decided to book an assessment with them when I was 3 months postpartum. I started DR treatment 1 year 10 months postpartum and initially wasn’t quite sure if it could be treated. Almost 4 months later, I’m very pleased with the results! DR gap closed from 2.8cm to 1.8cm! Experience with Vanessa has been great! She’s professional, patient and encouraging. Happy to have made the decision to get started on treatment!

Esther was my consultant and she was very supportive and encouraging during all of our sessions. She allowed me to push my limits but also still stay with what was comfortable for me. She also took the initiative to read up about what other options might help me, which I thought was very professional of her!

Had very bad backaches due to diastasis recti after childbirth and after waiting a few months to see if my body was able to recover on its own, I finally decided to get a consultation at Orchard clinic. My consultant Vanessa was very warm and reassuring in explaining DR and how they would be able to help fix it and the backaches. The equipment they used was really interesting too!

Fast forward 3 months later and my DR and backaches are all but gone 🙂 Loved the result and the amazing customer service experience provided throughout my sessions by Vanessa!

Truly, all the staff here at Orchard Clinic (Orchard outlet) are so professional, pleasant and welcoming especially the likes of both the Clarissas, Jacqueline and Marjorie. Would like to highlight that my sessions with Marjorie have been by far the most enjoyable and effective ones as she conducts the treatment in a very thorough and expert manner. Overall, I’m glad to have signed up for treatments with Orchard clinic and do see gradual improvement with my back aches and post partum pouch. Had a positive experience with Orchard Clinic (Parkway) since day one. The consultants are professional and examination analysis was comfortably ease. Laura has been very accommodating, patience and polite.

I’ve had incontinence after my first pregnancy and it worsen during the 3rd trimester of my 2nd pregnancy. I decided to sign up for the pre-to-post partum program to help me with the incontinence. The program comes with pre-partum floorwork which is very helpful in strengthening the pelvic floor muscles engaging the core and learning to breathe during natural delivery.

After doing the post partum assessment, I realised I have diastasis recti too, I am unable to resume normal abs workout as it will worsen the condition. After the 4th treatment, the gap significantly reduced and my mummy tummy is smaller.

I want to specially thank my consultant Ms Yvonne Yue who introduced me to this program, she is very attentive and most importantly not pushy, she only suggest program that I needed to improve my condition. I also enjoy Ye Hwee’s yoga class. She is very good and her voice is very calming. I enjoy her class very much!

I am still undergoing treatment now, I can say that my incontinence is not as bad as before.

This year I made a promise to myself that once my son starts pre school, I will start to work on my own well-being. I have placed my child and my family before me all these years. Finally I got to start doing something to give my postpartum body an opportunity to recover.

Went for a consultation with Filzah and she’s very professional and helped answer all my queries – also not pushy with the sales. Every session at Orchard Clinic Orchard is so enjoyable. That I always look forward to it. The treatments are pricey yes but look at the results! People actually stop giving up their seats for me anymore since i started treatment here. (Although my husband says it’s a minus point here… 😑)

I was quite huge during my 2 pregnancies to the point random grandma on the streets come up to me and ask if i was carrying twins. This resulted in me having severe DR post pregnancy like the photos that I am in green. It affected my confidence quite alot as nothing looks nice on me anymore. Seeing how the treatments work out, it’s seriously money well spent.

My consultant Clarissa Ling is always very helpful on clarifying any doubts and she is also very friendly. We can basically talk about anything under the sun from current trending news to children to past pregnancy experiences. Literally anything under the sun.

Now that I am “graduating” from Orchard Clinic I feel so sad. Partly also cause i have not manage to completely treated the tummy loose skin. I will come back in future once I manage to convince my husband to sponsor me or when my boss gives me a huge bonus!

I have great experience with Dawn Sim as my consultant. She is very flexible with my busy schedule and very generous in her knowledge for DR treatment. As a nutritionist, fitness enthusiast and instructor, she shares with me some of her knowledge and tips to eat healthy, exercises that improve my DR. My DR has since closed 2cm after 10 sessions with her.

I had the pleasure of receiving treatment for my diastasis recti at Orchard Clinic in Parkway Parade, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. It was a wonderful experience at Orchard Clinic Parkway Parade for me. Having just given birth 8 months ago, I thought I only had incontinence, but turns out I also had Diastasis Recti (following tutorials on YouTube didn’t really help, it’s not that accurate to measure my own DR). On top of that, my vaginal laxity was quite bad as well. It can be quite daunting to be assessed for these conditions but the team made it so easy and simple, I feel well taken care of during both assessment and treatment. I tried the treatment with Celeste for incontinence and DR, and it was quite comfortable, I was surprised it wasn’t straining at all. Celeste was a mom as well and she made me feel very at home. Would definitely recommend all mummies to try the treatment here cause my incontinence has improved after just 1 treatment.

The clinic is nicely tucked along Bukit Timah road and the environment is super conducive for treatment. All the consultants are super professional and gentle as well. Would definitely recommend this place to all postpartum mummies if you think you are experiencing issues like Diastasis Recti and Skin Laxity.

I recently completed the recommended course of treatment for diastasis recti and skin tightening at the Bukit Timah clinic following the birth of my second baby. I’m very happy with the results and the friendly care provided by Shonia, Esther, Laura, Yvonne and Ye Hwee.

After 3.5 years gave birth my 3.6kg baby boy, I came to Orchard Clinic with backpain problem, 4 cm Diastastic Recti (DR) , leaking pee sometimes when I sneezing , and bulky n saggy tummy skin. Filzah recommended me to take 60 sessions for Combination of 4 treatments (Embody, Emsella, Exilis and shockwave).
I’m enjoying every sessions with Filzah and Gervian who always support, take care of me, cheer me up and keep updated me about my progession.
In the end of my sessions, I have no more leaking and bulky mummy tummy, my 4cm DR fixed become 1.3 Cm, my skin got much better and plus lose 1.5kg! I’ve got my tummy back and it’s wonderful!

After having first kid even after months post partum, i do have afew colleagues asking if I was pregnant again and was even offered seats on the train by commuters a number of times. Its super depressing sia. Four years after, I had a second kid, my stomach bulge got worse and decided to do something about it which on hindsight I should have done something even before a second kid.

I googled and realised this bulge is called diastasis recti (DR) and some clinics can help. I did some research online and many people recommended Orchard Clinic. Thus, I made an appointment with them 2mths pp and my consultant is Yvonne.

Yvonne was very patient and explained the various issues women may face post partum and also checked my DR which was 8cm!The first consultation was very pleasant and not rushed. Most importantly she was not pushy and let me consider the proposed treatment plans. I did sign up for treatment eventually as I was very comfortable with the environment.

Am now 5mths pp and after having undergone 3 mths of treatment, I am very happy to share that my DR is now at 4.2cm. Even though its still wider than many ladies, its a huge improvement for me. I no longer have backache when I carry my son (which is very often as he is pretty needy haha).

All the consultants at the clinic are very friendly and also very patient when I have any adhoc questions. I always look forward to the sessions and hope my DR can close more!

I’ve had a great experience at Orchard Clinic’s Orchard Branch. From the first time I stepped in to my very last session with them, Filzah and Gervian made me feel right at home. They shared their experiences and took great care of my well-being. Never failing to make sure I am comfortable for all my sessions. Orchard Clinic also solved all my DR issues. If postpartum issues are a concern, I would definitely recommend giving Orchard Clinic a try!

Came across the orchard clinic via a baby fair promotion, and right from the get-go when I came for my first assessment, the consultants provided detailed explanations about the post-Partum issues I was facing. It gave me confidence in their treatments cause they really knew what they were doing. The consultants are all really warm and friendly, taking the interest in your personal journey in motherhood, and share a lot of their own experiences, which I really appreciated. While it isn’t the most affordable of options, I have seen an improvement in my diastasis recti & pelvic floor conditions since having treatments with the orchard clinic, and would recommend it for anyone seeking help with post-partum recovery.

I was diagnosed of having DR and hernia after my 2nd pregnancy six years ago. I did not choose to go for surgery as I hope to seek non-surgical treatment. What I like about the DR. CORSET is that it comes with a professional fitting and also an assessment for postpartum recovery. I’m glad to also reduce my corset size from M to S!

My gynaecologist referred me to Orchard Clinic for pelvic floor strengthening; I am halfway through the floorwork programme and have observed improved bladder control. I’ve tried a few others but they made my skin itch – so I ended up not wearing them at all. The DR. CORSET feels lighter and softer, and more importantly, it still has the right support and compression.

I decided to visit Orchard Clinic to resolve my postpartum urinary incontinence and DR issues two months ago. After a few sessions of Embody and Emsella therapies, I am glad to observe significant improvement in my urinary incontinence issue (especially during workouts) and my core strength. I feel very comfortable with my therapist, Laura, who has been very patient in explaining and helping me with the therapies that cater to my needs. Would definitely recommend their therapies to mummies who need help in urinary incontinence, which can be frustrating at times.

Have been going to Orchard Clinic (Orchard) for a while now, and have seen massive improvements in my DR, from 6cm to currently at 2cm, with lesser backaches. Treatments are pricey but worth it as my DR gap has closed quite a fair bit and my nagging backache for years is gone. Filzah is my consultant, together with my therapist Gervian, they’re both very detailed and patient in answering my queries, friendly and assuring too.

Every session at Orchard Clinic Kembangan has been nothing short of amazing. Staff are warm, friendly, always smiling (obvious even behind masks). It became clear to me very quickly that they genuinely wanted to help me. Treatments lived up to my expectations. I would even go as far as to say that they have exceeded my expectations.

The Embody and Shockwave treatments (both done at each session) have made a remarkable improvement in my DR and overall shape/size of my midsection.

I take my 2 kids with me to my sessions. The staff greet us at the door, take us to the assigned treatment room and attend to me AND MY CHILDREN! My kids are tucked in with blankets in a little corner on a comfy chair and are given little packets of snacks as they watch their Netflix program of choice (note to mummies, bring a spare phone/tablet if u can….fyi they’ve got a mobile phone stand).

There is absolutely nothing negative to say about the time I’ve spent at Orchard Clinic Kembangan. Having said that, I sincerely feel that the treatments could be priced and packaged better so as to make treatments accessible to more women. I only say this because they WORK.

I strongly recommend these treatments. I am confident that they will help any lady looking to improve DR feel better not only physically but also emotionally. With how much we do as moms/women, having breakthrough treatments like these, targeted to help with issues only we face and understand is truly life changing. I’ve been lucky to have also found in Orchard Clinic Kembangan, a group of sincere women I can now call my friends.

Have been looking for a solution to reduce my DR and glad I found orchard clinic. My DR has effectively reduced from 4cm to 1cm thus far. I chanced upon Orchard Clinic on IG ad. I have always been aware of having DR (although it gave me no other problem than knowing the gap is there) and recently having a bit of urinary incontinence. My initial plan was to go for pilates to fix my DR issue, but upon browsing through their website, I changed my mind, because this place have everything to fix my postpartum problems (plus it’s comfortable and faster progress than me doing it on my own).

Another plus point for me is that this is all females clinic.

So I brought my skin laxity, stretch marks, DR, and incontinence problems to this clinic to be solved 😁 I went through 3 childbirth and was around 3.5 years postpartum when I started my treatment and I was assessed with around 5cm gap with unknown depth (I can’t feel my abdominal wall within that gap).

I am still doing treatment with them but I have noticed improvements to my problems:

Emsella:
I used to spend 5-10 mins because it feels like bladder was not completely emptied out. After the 3rd session, less visit to toilet and quick.

Embody:
After 18 sessions, my gap was reduced to 2.5cm. Can feel inner layers of abdominal wall.

Shockwave:
I have ugly and lots of stretch marks that looks more like scars. After each session, it always feel like my skin texture is smoother and stretch marks are lighter.

Exilis:
Seems to help a lot with my skin laxity.

I would like to thank my consultant Filzah and Gervian , both are very warm, friendly, professional, attentive and accommodating. They offer the best service and no pressure at all. Treatments done are always comfortable and they always check on client during the treatment.

Often we, mums, always giving other things priorities instead of our own self-care, but the more we delay the more problems multiplied (more $$ and time to spend). So to mummies out there looking for ways to fix your body foundation after childbirth, but not much time to spare, this is definitely the place to go!

I have a small physique (waist 23cm) and having two big pregnancies resulted in a significant DR gap of 4.8cm and umbilical hernia. The treatments at orchard clinic has helped to reduce my DR gap slowly but surely, even though the hernia may not have entirely gone away. I feel more confident in dressing myself and the tummy bulge is no longer as obvious. My consultants, Shonia and Grace, have also been very encouraging and patient with the treatments. As far as the treatment goes, it worked out really well for me. My gap was 5cm and now it’s down to 2cm. Back pain is almost non existent and I have core strength again. I had an amazing experience at Orchard Clinic (Bukit Timah). The treatments I signed up for were Ultrasound and Radio Frequency + Shockwave therapy and HIFEM to tackle my diastasis recti issue.

My consultants were Shonia and Yehwee. They were absolutely sensitive and understanding of my concerns and only recommended solutions that were truly required.

There was no hard selling and every session was comfortable and enjoyable. I suffered from incontinence issues throughout my second pregnancy. Six months postpartum, I was still living with this issue and it was intolerable.

I booked an appointment with Orchard Clinic and was promptly attended by Filzah, who upon a more thorough check, diagnosed that I have diastasis recti (DR) which exacerbated my incontinence. I paid for a four session trial first and was impressed by the fast and noticeable improvements in the reduction of these issues.

Subsequently signing up for the package treatments has been one of the best decisions this year. I have been struggling with diastasis recti (DR) after giving birth to four big babies (ranging from 3.4 to 4kg) within a span of 11 years. The ‘mummy tummy’ didn’t go away even though my youngest child is turning 6. Fed up of still looking pregnant, I finally decided to actively seek treatment to appear more “normal”. So I started googling and stumbled upon Orchard Clinic. I was impressed by the rave reviews and decided to give it a go.

Thankfully, my body seems to be responding well to the treatments so far. The gaps have shrunk quite a bit and I do feel slightly stronger in the abdominal area now. I am glad the treatments are effective because I doubt I could correct the DR on my own without the help of the machines.
Being a SAHM, I have very few chances to interact with others. So going for weekly treatments gives me an opportunity to socialize a bit. After the birth of two big babies I faced diastasis recti and a weakened pelvic floor. Exercises didn’t solve the problems entirely for me so I decided to seek help from Orchard Clinic (Kembangan branch), seeing if technology could help. After 4 treatments, my DR went from 4cm to 3.6cm and my mum tum now looks a bit better than before. I just wish I had more time to complete my treatments but I have limited time here in Singapore. My therapist Janna is very relatable, super nice and very patient in explaining every procedure to me. I very much enjoy all my sessions with her. The ambience of the clinic is pleasant and I always feel relaxed when I’m there. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. They never fail to make sure that I am comfortable at all times.

I’d like to thank Shannon and the team at Kembangan for their professional advice and help to reduce my DR gap from the initial 4.5cm to 2.7cm today! It’s been many months of treatment and there was a period of time when my body just refused to respond to the treatment and the gap stagnated at 3cm for months. The first time I seek consultation I was attended by Filzah and Shannon. Both of them did a good job in explaining in detail what I have been experiencing. I felt assured and furthermore there is no hard pushing of packages or sign ups. Overall it was worth it, the treatment did improve my DR and bladder incontinence after a few sessions I do feel the difference. Subsequent visits I was attended by Ye Hwee, she did my final DR assessment and explained to me what treatment I have done for the 30 sessions. I was at the Kembangan Plaza outlet and I love how it is not intimidating. The place have this cozy feel and the staff there are so down to earth and friendly.

Ye Hwee attended to me mostly and I love how she makes me feel calm and comfortable. The treatment is really painless but expect some discomfort feeling at the start. So getting someone like Ye Hwee who will constantly check on you while doing a very meticulous job really makes this entire experience something I look forward to weekly.

So far I did the Embody Treatment, Emsella Treatment, Exilis Ultrasound & Radio Frequency and Shockwave Therapy. I do see results, especially maintaining a better core strength. I don’t get “pinched” or strained on my lower spine anymore, which is rare. (Suffered slipped disc for 6 years)

I highly recommend considering them as part of your postpartum plan. Only downside is that, I wish I’d knew sooner, I could have developed a much better core strength and not hurt my lower back from my first pregnancy.

The Orchard clinic (Kembangan branch) really has helped me to diagnose and follow up treatments for my Diastasis recti issues. The staff are very friendly and approachable, and I especially look forward to my sessions with Consultant Janna. They are helpful every step of the way and I am hopeful that my DR will be fully healed down the road with the progress that I have been seeing in just 4 sessions.

Had DR (3.5cm) and incontinence after giving birth. Underwent 7 sessions and was able to successfully reduce DR to 2.8cm. Incontinence issue had improved too 🙂

Great experience with the Orchard Clinic! The consultants are professional, welcoming and not pushy. I’ve noticed that my DR has improved after the recommended number of sessions, and the other treatments have also helped the appearance of my stretch marks and mom tummy.

I still remembered my 1st visit in 2020 when incontinence issues are still not much talked about among mummies and Cheryl Han explained how her machines can help me.

1 year later, I decided to try it out! Cheryl, Clarissa, Filzah and the team took great care of my well being and provided insights on how to further improve my postpartum issues. I am glad that I took up their advice and the treatments are carried out effectively in super cozy private rooms for the privileged us. Often you will hear laughter and jokes across the rooms during the treatments because you have a bunch of dedicated and fun team to work on us and make our day!

I started DR treatment with Orchard Clinic at Kembangan 2 months ago with a 7cm gap. Currently an improvement of 1.5cm and treatments are still ongoing. Other than DR improvement, I’m also seeing improvement of my stretch marks and smaller mummy tummy.

I came across an advertisement on Facebook about DR and how Orchard Clinic can help with treatments for lower back pain. I did not know I was having this condition until I came for an assessment.
I started my journey in April with a Diastasis Recti at 4.5cm. After less than 10 sessions, it is now at 2.7cm. In fact, I felt the difference with my lower back pain after the first session, which is pretty amazing. Looking forward to more sessions and to try the other treatments for my skin and stretch marks.

My consultant Filzah did a very good explanation & I was pretty sold to join them in getting my DR treatment done. My DR gap was measured at 3.5cm on day 1. Though the price is a little on the high side, i did not regret it as I could see extremely great results! By the 7th session, the DR gap went to 2cm! Every session was an enjoyable one as well everyone there is very nice to talk to too! Highly recommended!

I started coming here after my diastasis recti was beginning to worsen one year after the birth of my second child. Because of this, it started causng me alot of other issues such as back pains.

The experience at Orchard Clinic Kembangan from the first assessment to the treatments is comfortable and reassuring. Appointments are a breeze to make.

The first treatment relieved me from the dull and excruciating tailbone ache that plagued me for more than a year and I’m so glad I could finally sit on hard surfaces like the floor or MRT seat. I no longer have severe constipation or get bedridden during periods.

Discovered that I have diastasis recti after giving birth to a 4.2kg newborn. Got to know of Orchard Clinic from a friend and decided to give it a try. Though treatments are expensive it has so far proven effective and my abdominal gap has closed from a completely open DR of 4.5cm to 2.5cm in 3 months!! I started my journey on 13 April 2021 with a Diastasis Recti at 6.5cm Completely Open, After 8 session the improvement is Amazing, it is now 3cm at the naval. Above and below the naval has closed to 1.5cm and the muscle volume has increased too. Combining all the other skin treatments together, it has not only improved the skin but also the DR. Team is very friendly and accommodating. Love the cozy feel of the outlet.

After having 2 back to back pregnancies, my tummy became flabbier even when I do HIIT workouts weekly. Even at 20 months postpartum, I felt like I had some difficulties in controlling / holding my pee, esp when I’m really urgent! Until I came across some influencers’ advertisements via social media platforms on DR, decided to walk in to get myself checked. My consultant Filzah, did the examinations for me and true enough I had pretty severe incontinence and also a 3.9cm DR length! Filzah was really reassuring and helpful and went on to explain to me in details on how the treatments could help in my recovery and what type of exercises I should really avoid right now.

I’m currently at my 4th treatment week and my DR is at 2.5cm now (no more DR!) and I can start doing my core exercises now! The treatment for my incontinence is really awesome as well!
