My journey in nutrition started with a strong passion for cooking and a desire to help people lead healthier lives. With a Bachelor in Dietetics and a Masters in Healthcare Management I combine my love for food with a passion for empowering others to lead a healthier, happier life.

When I’m not busy spreading nutritional goodness, you’ll find me exploring my secret love for international cuisines. My little secret passion is dining out and discovering hidden gems at restaurants. I’m constantly on the lookout as well for new recipes to make my food choices healthier and delicious at the same time. I believe that food should be enjoyed in all its deliciousness.
