Truly, all the staff here at Orchard Clinic (Orchard outlet) are so professional, pleasant and welcoming especially the likes of both the Clarissas, Jacqueline and Marjorie. Would like to highlight that my sessions with Marjorie have been by far the most enjoyable and effective ones as she conducts the treatment in a very thorough and expert manner. Overall, I’m glad to have signed up for treatments with Orchard clinic and do see gradual improvement with my back aches and post partum pouch. Sincerely hope that by end of the sessions my DR would be fully resolved! Thanks ladies!!!

The experience with Orchard Clinic has been really helpful. I recovered from weak pelvic floor condition with the help from my wonderful consultant Clarissa as well as Jaqueline and Nikki. Now, my confident is back and I am so grateful for that. 🙂

I had a really positive experience at Orchard Clinic. They have helped to address my Diastasis Recti problem as well as tailored some procedures to improve overall outcomes. Jeanette, Charissa, together with other consultants at the Orchard branch are knowledgeable, friendly and approachable.

I started treatments with Orchard clinic after my multiple pregnancies and the results have been encouraging so far as my DR was quite severe when I started. My therapists, Jeanette and Clarissa have been a delight to be with, always encouraging with no hard selling. I appreciate the friendliness and clean environment that orchard clinic provides!

Everyone at Orchard clinic has been amazing (Clarissa Ling, Clarissa Quek, Cheryl, Shonia, etc). They have very good knowledge on DR, incontinence, and pelvic floor strengthening. They really understand women’s pain.

I was skeptical initially that after 9months postpartum I will be able to recover from a 4.4cm DR gap. 2 months into the treatment my latest reading brings tremendous joy (2.5cm)! Stretch marks have also lightened, and skin has tightened around the tummy.

Special thanks to Clarissa Ling, she has been an absolutely great advisor to my condition, willing to share her own experience and what has worked for her with all these treatments. She has shown me that we can recover from DR with patience and perseverance. Strongly recommended!

I have read much about Diastasis Recti and I have found the right place to treat my problem. Even 6 years ago, I already knew I had a DR issue, just that I did not know how severe it is. I have been contemplating coming because I was too shy to let other people see my ‘ugly’ tummy. However, after having my third child last year, I know I must do something about myself, because I started to have an achy back almost every other day. This April, I visited Orchard Clinic and I was attended by Filzah and Clarissa. They were both professional and friendly. And they definitely know what they are doing. Filzah measured my DR and the moment of truth 5 cm gap😩, average woman should be 2.7 cm. I was almost doubled from what a normal woman should be. Filzah and her team rest assured that they will do their best to treat me. I have been religiously going to Orchard on a weekly basis and my DR has improved. Last check my DR was 3.5cm gap. It is not yet the average gap but I am more than happy because I can feel it myself. Less achy back and of course my previous pants/shorts that are tight, now fit perfectly!

In addition, they are not typical beauty parlours that force you to sign up for a big package, or throw in more sessions in order to ask you to sign up.
