Most importantly the treatments for me have been very effective. I would recommend the centre to mums who are facing DR problem and would like to get it sorted out.

I have a small physique (waist 23cm) and having two big pregnancies resulted in a significant DR gap of 4.8cm and umbilical hernia. The treatments at orchard clinic has helped to reduce my DR gap slowly but surely, even though the hernia may not have entirely gone away. I feel more confident in dressing myself and the tummy bulge is no longer as obvious. My consultants, Shonia and Grace, have also been very encouraging and patient with the treatments. They are more like a friend and have always made me feel comfortable/ never pushy during the sessions, which I really appreciate. I always look forward to chatting with them on a weekly basis! After delivering my 2nd child, I knew I needed to do something when I leaked urine while sneezing and looking at the mummy tummy bulge that wouldn’t go away. I chanced upon Orchard Clinic and started my treatments with them. So far, I’ve been to all their 3 outlets (Orchard, Kembangan and Bukit Timah). My consultants (Shonia, Siska and Jeanette) who attended to me are very attentive, always making sure I’m comfortable and also shared their experiences/knowledge with me. Even after about 3 months of not visiting OC due to busy schedule, Shonia greeted me warmly when I visited their new Bukit Timah branch. I felt so welcomed and had a great catch-up session with her during treatments. So far, my treatments have been effective, and am hoping to see more improvement in my incontinence. I had an amazing experience at Orchard Clinic (Bukit Timah). The treatments I signed up for were Ultrasound and Radio Frequency + Shockwave therapy and HIFEM to tackle my diastasis recti issue.

My consultants were Shonia and Yehwee. They were absolutely sensitive and understanding of my concerns and only recommended solutions that were truly required.

There was no hard selling and every session was comfortable and enjoyable. In just 8 sessions (4 HIFEM, 2 Radio Frequency & 2 Shockwave Therapy), my diastasis recti issue was rectified from a 3.5cm naval gap to a 2.8cm! My mom-tum also looks significantly flatter now. Backache has also reduced. My expectations were met and I am really satisfied with the results :)!
