Small in stature but packing a mean punch, Jamie is a pocket dynamite. With 7 years in the fitness industry, she is experienced in teaching a multitude of different disciplines from boxing to pre/postnatal classes. she is also a qualified personal trainer and yoga instructor.

Her workout classes are also the perfect balance – straight up kickass with a touch of yoga zen. Jamie is a advocate of seeing fitness as a lifestyle and enjoying the journey rather than an fixating on an end goal.

Orchard Clinic is a new treatment concept offering a unique method that provides high-quality conservative solutions for women’s body from pre & post pregnancy to pre & post menopause.

As a specialised treatment centre for women, we assess, prevent and treat common conditions such as incontinence, pelvic floor issues, abdominal separation (diastasis recti) and vaginal laxity.
