I have finally graduated from Orchard Clinic 🎓

I’m proud to say I can say bye bye to my Diastasis Recti issue 👋🏼 All thanks to #girlboss Cheryl and Laura who have been with me since the start of the journey!

The clinic is nicely tucked along Bukit Timah road and the environment is super conducive for treatment. All the consultants are super professional and gentle as well. Would definitely recommend this place to all postpartum mummies if you think you are experiencing issues like Diastasis Recti and Skin Laxity.

My gynaecologist referred me to Orchard Clinic for pelvic floor strengthening; I am halfway through the floorwork programme and have observed improved bladder control. Cheryl and Yehwee tailor exercises to my needs, are encouraging and supportive, and readily share helpful information. Looking forward to the rest of my sessions!

I have been going to Orchard Clinic (OC) over the past 3 months to resolve my Diastasis Recti condition with most therapies done at Tong Building.

Cheryl Han did the diagnostics followed by treatments mainly done by consultants Ye Hwee and Shonia.

Today I was the first client at OC’s spanking new branch at Guthrie House. It is smart and spacious with a zen look and feel. I was given a warm welcome by my consultants and took photo shots to celebrate this special day.

Must add that the consultants always make me feel relaxed and happy. They are very consistent in delivering their therapies. Glad to know that my condition has been addressed. Now the focus is on strengthening my core and pelvic muscles.

Congrats to Orchard Clinic for a job well executed and happy to see the Clinic grow.

Everyone at Orchard clinic has been amazing (Clarissa Ling, Clarissa Quek, Cheryl, Shonia, etc). They have very good knowledge on DR, incontinence, and pelvic floor strengthening. They really understand women’s pain.

I was skeptical initially that after 9months postpartum I will be able to recover from a 4.4cm DR gap. 2 months into the treatment my latest reading brings tremendous joy (2.5cm)! Stretch marks have also lightened, and skin has tightened around the tummy.

Special thanks to Clarissa Ling, she has been an absolutely great advisor to my condition, willing to share her own experience and what has worked for her with all these treatments. She has shown me that we can recover from DR with patience and perseverance. Strongly recommended!

The process of sending enquiry to my first consultation was super fuss free. I had my first assessment done by Cheryl and Clarissa. They were very helpful and professional. There was no discomfort during the assessment. They also clearly explained my conditions to me and the solutions that are available to help me. I asked many questions and Clarrisa was very patient in answering all my doubts.

Subsequently my treatments were done by Grace. I love the way she treats the customers, always with care and patience. She remembers the small details that will make the treatment process more comfortable.
She cares for her customers and I think it is something I appreciate very much.

Overall I am super satisfied with the services provided by Orchard Clinic. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

I had a wonderful and comfortable experience at Orchard Clinic. My DR gap of 4.0 is now at 1.9 after 19 sessions. My backaches are gone and my core feels so much stronger now. Big thanks to Sakinah, Shannon, Clarissa, Cheryl who have attended to me, and all other Staffs. Staffs were all very friendly and professional. Highly recommended!
