Are You Struggling with Diastasis Recti?
We’re Here to Help.
Do you feel a noticeable bulge down the midline of your abdomen? Suffering from lower back pain and discomfort? Experiencing poor posture, digestive problems, or difficulty with physical activities that require core strength? These could be signs of Diastasis Recti, a condition where the abdominal muscles separate along the midline.

Common Symptoms of Diastasis Recti
Diastasis Recti can manifest in several ways, impacting both physical appearance and overall well-being. Here are some common symptoms:
- A visible and persistent bulge or dome at the abdomen.
- Lower back pain and weak core muscles.
- Pelvic floor weakness and urinary incontinence.
- Bloating in the tummy.
- Loose and saggy skin.
- Umbilical hernia (belly button pops outwards).
- Difficulty with physical activities that require core strength.
If you’re experiencing any of these conditions, we are here to provide the support and care you need with our comprehensive Diastasis Recti care plan.
Understanding the Cause
Diastasis Recti occurs when the rectus abdominis muscles, commonly known as the “six-pack”, separate along the linea alba, the connective tissue running down the midline of the abdomen. This condition can develop due to various factors such as pregnancy, weight gain, improper exercise techniques, or genetic predisposition. Increased pressure on the abdominal muscles from various activities or conditions can weaken the connective tissue, leading to separation and a visible bulge, often referred to as “mummy tummy”. Fixing Diastasis Recti often involves a combination of procedures and targeted exercises to strengthen the core and restore muscle alignment.
